Travis Industries Inc. makes announcement
GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 1998--Travis Industries Inc. (OTC:TVSI - news) announced today that it has received a communique from Next Level Sports Systems Inc. (Next Level), in which Next Level has terminated ''all further discussions and/or relationships with Planet Sports and Travis Industries, Inc. effective March 9, 1998.''

Next Level declined to state a specific reason for its action. Travis' management will not speculate on Next Level's reasons for withdrawing from negotiations.

Travis' management stated that the company remains committed to its plan of acquiring companies in the outdoor sports industry through its previously announced relationship with Planet Sports Inc., by moving on to the next project.

Any further information will be provided by public announcement as and when deemed appropriate by management.
