Absolutely agree with these two points.

I also believe one the transformations TAVA undergoes will an expansion of their in-house staff through acquisition. Again, it's not that their isn't a hell of a lot of business for IIT companies to engage in, their are just too many firms doing it.

TAVA will likely solve that problem through acquisition.
