MEXICO CITY, March 10 (Reuters) - Mexican construction firm Grupo Tribasa said on Tuesday it has signed a mandate with investment bank Deutsche Morgan Grenfell to issue two Eurobonds worth $200 million each. "By this time we can say ... that we have signed a mandate with Deutsche Morgan Bank to issue two bonds, two Euronotes of $200 million. That is what we are planning to do," Tribasa Chief Financial Officer Manuel Delgado said during a conference call with analysts. Delgado said the planned Eurobond issue will consist of two equal tranches of $200 million, one of five years' maturity and the other of ten years. "We are planning to do so by probably till the end of May, begining of June. ... we are working with three rating agencies by this time to get the better ratings," Delgado added.

So far all the news are very good. The price do not response as the good keeping coming. Once the Mexico stock market is in better shape, GTR may jump over $10, since all those short sellers have to cover their positions. Europ bond is better deal, or what. How can this Europ bond issue help GTR? GTR has too heavy debt, which gets them into trouble when the Mexico peso depreciated in the beginning. Why they want to obtain fund by bond? Can they built their business by generating internal cash. How can they get a good term of bond issue due to their current trouble with heavy interest payment? Is there anyone knowing more about those questions? I am still holding large positin with GTR. I just like to ask question about this current development. Any reply will be appreicated!!! JW
