The reason we are cautious is that Mr H allegedly have a history -

"Buy into something cheap" - "Make it look like gold" - "Sell your shares and take out your wages" - "Leave"

Being long in this (In the sense wanting to stay long time as a shareholder) I would consider high risk here.

Being a daytrader in this is ok - Just make sure to imagine when the stake is taken off the board - And get out before.

Also try to evaluate the risk of a halt on trade.

As for saying we have seen the news releases - Have we seen anything else but payed wires here ?.

"I think the only reason to see financials on a BB stock is to
prove that they exist and are not a scam. After the press releases, can anyone argue that they dont exist. "

If you see the financials, it will be obvious if who the stock holders are. You would also be able to ascertain if the company was being bleed dry by the principals. I wouldn't expect them to show a necesarily viable company, I just want to know that the decisions makers have a large stake and havent just pumped and dumped. It would also help to see salaries and other expenses.. This also tells alot. What are the real revenues?? Quarter over quarter?? Is there even a sales force left in NY?? Everything else appears to have been shut down..

Sorry, said I wouldn't post... Forgot.
