The thing that makes me value the TA approach is that even when there are impacts such as Bre-X it will still accurately identify the price plateau's. This is almost independant of the fundamental value of a stock and possibly more dependant on market psychology and for sure, supply and demand.

I look for activity generated by fundamentals then apply TA to find the points of resistance/support. Currently, resistance for WDA is 2.40 according to my calcs. It may only stay there for a few days before moving again but that is the unknown. Interestingly I had a valley price for Mar 12 of 2.20,(despite hitting 2.60 yesterday) which would have got me in at a 'safer' level and prepared me for a potential further run.

I have applied my calculations to other more fundamental issues as well... BFX-T currently for example and it has been just as reliable. Current resistance for it is the 8.75 range.
