Has anyone heard if the delay of vallirie is just pkgp proving that they have financing for it? Also can someone explain how a Co. with 8 million shares trades such high volume. Has anyone heard of a flat cash buyout with no shares issued to the dedenture holders?

IMO piss poor investor relations. Bad enough that I'm going to sell the shares I have and invest into a company that will at least talk to me. IMO this company can go take a FF.
