If those dates and figures are accurate, that would indeed be strange.

The rest of my week is taken by business commitments, but I will look into your information as best I can.

Even if there were a connection, it's old news, under past arrangements, the implications are unclear to me.

Regarding your suspicion of a link between fonix and PCTH/ORCA, you write:

This sounds an awful lot like the loan fonix made to KLSE. The details can be found in the SEC filings and the issue has been discussed ad nauseum on this and other fonix boards.

Can you offer any more concrete substantiation for your innuendo?
