Hi Bilow, thanks for that info, I wish I had access to Edgar to post all the amounts for the form 144's, but I don't......3 more were filed today bringing the total to 30.....they are filing in bunches on a daily basis now........

As far as Bezos filing, I am sure he will not do it in the traditional manner. he was an investment baker, and knows all the tricks of the game, more of how to run up a stock price , not how to run a business.....the man behind the curtain will be exposed eventually.

He did sell part of the 960,000 shares in November, but as you can see on EDGAR there is no filing.....however Insidertrader at insidertrader.com and here
insidertrader.com
lists a very large insider sale then, and I can only assume he was part of it. I would really like to see a total of the 30 form 144's filed in the last month. Can you imagine how much must be being sold that was not filed!?!?

If you add the 1 million shares sold in November to the 3 million IPO, plus 2 million more( a reasonable guess for the recent filings) you have a float pushing 6 million shares, perhaps more. We will know for sure when the next 10Q is filed.

Next, an analyst will downgrade AMZN and then the sales will be unspectacular this quarter and it will be like a game of hot potato as the momentum players try to dump stock and there is more around than everyone thought and no buyers to be found.....I expect Joe Kernan and David Faver to be covering that day on CNBC as the "debacle de jour"......I can hear it now......"AMZN is expected to open down 27 points this morning on several analyst downgrades and poor sales this quarter.....we all knew it was coming, right Joe?"
