I'm afraid I must agree with many of the concerns Aaron Zuckerman stated about relentlessly pumping a stock, and it's about time the issue was raised. Indeed, it seems as if Curlton Latts and Starbase 4.0 are opposite sides of the same coin. It is certainly not necessary or even desirable to take position of certificates. If one does not want one's shares to be borrowed, merely instruct that they be placed in a cash account. I sincerely doubt that many can do that unless they are trading in IRAs. Moreover, it is the institutional investors, not the members of this thread, who are more prone to move this issue, up or down.

OT: Curly, what do you think of TSMC in light of its recent great earnings statement and your post on Taiwan? Consider posting on TSMC thread which is too quiet !
Thanks
