Also, keep in mind that until just this past January, Indians paid a 25% surcharge on purchased silver and gold. In other words, silver bought at $6 an oz would not even return their initial capital until it reached $7.50 an oz. I believe that duty is now more in line with our state sales taxes. --Alan
