POG recovering appears to help TNX but drilling has resumed which IMO is the reason for the renewed strength in the price.

Tue 14 Apr 98 News Release
An anonymous director reports
Diamond drilling has resumed on the Golden Horseshoe Reef at the Itetemia
project. The first set of holes will test the mineralization to the east at
50 and 100 metre levels.
To date, Tan Range has completed 22 drill holes across 800 metres of a 2200
metre long induced polarization conductor with excellent results. The IP
conductor, which is open in all directions, is strongly mineralized with
gold. Diamond drilling defined potentially economic mineralization over a
distance of 300 metres and to a depth of 120 metres. Reverse circulation
drilling holes encountered gold mineralization over an additional 500
metres of strike length. The potential exists for consistent, large tonnage
gold mineralization.
