Satyr, I am with you. Shareholder lawsuits are a foolish joke! The only win is the lawyer, they have an uncanny ability to recognize just how much companies will pay to make these frivolous lawsuits go away. The only possible way they could legitimize what they are doing is if the verdicts were not paid out of the company bank accounts. In addition to that, what is the allegation? Info leaked? We have had these same rumors about channel stuffing since December. So, Johnny come Lately get a looks at the big picture.
