Any idea where the release of Windows98 will take the stock price? Is
100 by the end of the year a fair no. ??

No. One of Win98s main goals was to handle performance. Without getting into too many details, there is a very popular product out, which when recompiled with different flags, runs incredibly faster on Win98. In particular, on startup on Win95 it uses a 3MB page file, on Win98 it uses 0MB!

Win98 is much smarter at what it loads in, when it loads it in, and how it loads it in. I would love to go into details but am not sure how much is in the public domain.
