Premier, Thanks for the Info and research, really appreciate it. "In some ways, the outcome of the hearing was decided long before it started: last month, Gov. George Pataki pledged to use state money already collected from the insurance industry to reduce the size of the increases from Oxford and other insurers like Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield" This is why the state will not allow Oxford to do anything other then prosper. They are the Insurer of last resort for these sick people and the BCBS and the Oxford have a quid pro quo with NY State on these sick patients. The tough talk is all window dressing. Pataki can not afford an Oxford disaster in an Election Year. DrRisk what a relief
