*AV* -- From the "Kick in the Pants Dept" or "If only we are Patient Dept". Remember the tight options play and the long shares on LCI in the mid to high 20s. Well, look at baby now (close to $40). You gotta know when to hold em and you gotta know when to fold em. In this case I folded way too soon. I just got rid of my residual shares to be completely out of of this stock. (Residual Shares = 1K or less) You had my heart pounding with ADAX. I thought it was a typo and you meant ADEX, which is looking real attractive to me. However, ADAX does look good.<GGG> Andrew BTW-for those interested in the PC Saga of late: John has given me some good input on my computer issues. A slight update. The system is very stable running under WinNT 4.0 so far. I am acid testing it today and putting it through its paces. After searching high and low for 3 days, we found all the NT drivers for all the hardware installed in the system. I even tripped over the Gates "secret room" that allows me to change some IRQs that did not show as conflicts but were conflicts indeed. The big issue seemed to be the system automatically assigning resources at startup for the Symbios SCSI Card(HP Scanner) and the AWE64 Gold Soundcard. For some reason, mixed in all this, the 3.5 disk drive also got hung up. By switching some stuff to manual in the "secret room" (I accidentally found myself there AND once I exited, I forgot how I got there in the first place) the AWE64 loaded itself in the only configuration it could handle and the other SCSI card redirected itself to accommodate its needs. The only harware issue, which may be NT related, it the eject button on the internal Zip Drive doesn't work. I have to use a right mouse click mini menu eject command. I am sure that this is because the drive has been configured as "non removable". for the life of me I do not recall how to change that. Small price to pay for stability. Software is another story. None of my FAX programs work at all. I have to buy a new Program. Also, my HiJaak Pro for screen capture is not functioning under NT as well as it should (this was a Windows Version and not even a Win95 version so I really shouldn't complain). Anybody have any suggestions on a good NT Fax and Screen Capture Programs???
