Complaint Filed with Enforcement Division --SEC

Today, March 11, 1998, I filed a formal complaint with the Enforcement Division
of the United States Securities and Exchange
Commisssion. The basis of the complaint--was simply to put them on alert for the
persistent large block sells that have been occurring in
this stock. This activity in itself is not unlawful; however, if the intent of the seller
is to manipulate the stock price, to
drive the price lower, to effect a future buy of the company, on the cheap, this
may constitute a violation of securities laws,
and could result in a fine, censure or prison. At this point, this is just a possibility,
not a fact, but feel it is important
for the SEC to monitor the situation, and take appropriate action if needed.
