I'm unconvinced of the 'window dressing' theory of stock movement. Would it be naive to assume most tech fund managers (like the smart folks on this thread) were wise enough to buy ORCL in January in the 18-19 range? Or in the low 20's, after Ellison announcement?

I think most Oracle players are in already, for good or ill. The CC is going to determine how long they'll hold.

Of course, I hope I'm wrong. Go ORCL!
