I agree. I would not short AOL.

Where will the earnings come from though? Banner ads?

Same goes for Yahoo. What do you think is the best Internet
play for the long term? I'm starting to think longer term it'll be
something like a broadband provider such as @home. Broadband
will support pay per view movie access and live video conferencing,
while ADSL will not.

Perhaps an internet distributer such as Amazon.com is the best
long term internet gambit?
