Thanks for making changes to improve the service Paul. But, I still seem to have problems at the open and for first 10 min... bursts of data then I have to restart the program (I can use Internet Explorer to browse just fine during that time period...) After the first 15 min the flow seems OK. But gets bursty again when the market activity picks up (many symbols updating). ------------ I know there were many posts in the past on the other thread about desired bug fixes, I hope your catching most of them... A couple of fixes/changes that come to mind: Allow the alerts with out having to look at all those ticker items scrolling by (audio only? then flash the symbol on the quote page...) (who wants to see a hundred ticker numbers scroll? It's too distracting.) Fix the chart glitching. Fix the ability to "save defaults"... it only saves partial defaults currently. I have to keep reopening and rearranging my usual set of windows when I start the program. Let us print portfolio pages and remove that full-page line box that prints on reports, it just take too much time to print. Add Williams %R indicator, a major oversight in indicators that RTT is missing (I have to go to other charting programs as one of my main trading indicators.) Paul

than k you paul for the update. couple issues to be taken care of: 1) data spikes (re: dick brown's concern).. i have them often and even on the djia chart. makes the charts unusable
