Anyone have any logical explanation of KIWT going down today? Volume is almost non-existent today at this time. Is KIWT (dare I say it) FULLY VALUED ? Thanks in advance.

''We believe this stock split will improve the liquidity and marketability of RCN shares,'' said Bruce C. Godfrey, RCN's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The record date for the stock split is March 20, 1998. Stockholders of record at the market close on that date will receive one additional share of RCN Common stock for each share held. The distribution date for the stock dividend will be Friday, April 3, 1998. On that date, the company's transfer agent will begin mailing new stock certificates representing the additional shares. Upon completion of the stock split, there will be approximately 54.8 million shares of RCN Common stock outstanding.
