Anyone have any logical explanation of KIWT going down today?

Volume is almost non-existent today at this time.

Is KIWT (dare I say it) FULLY VALUED ?

RCN Corporation Announces Two-For-One Stock Split
PRINCETON, N.J., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- RCN Corporation (Nasdaq: RCNC - news) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split, payable in the form of a 100% stock dividend.

''We believe this stock split will improve the liquidity and marketability of RCN shares,'' said Bruce C. Godfrey, RCN's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

The record date for the stock split is March 20, 1998. Stockholders of record at the market close on that date will receive one additional share of RCN Common stock for each share held. The distribution date for the stock dividend will be Friday, April 3, 1998. On that date, the company's transfer agent will begin mailing new stock certificates representing the additional shares.

Upon completion of the stock split, there will be approximately 54.8 million shares of RCN Common stock outstanding.

RCN Corporation is the nation's first and largest single-source, facilities-based provider of telecommunications services to the residential market. The company is currently providing local and long-distance phone, cable television and Internet services in several markets in the Boston to Washington, D.C. corridor.
