Interesting. That has HUGE impact on recognizable revenue because that would be a deliverable. No revenue recognized until it's delivered. And since SEBL has little or no professional services org, they can't slide revenue to that side of business.

what impact do you think that will have in this quarter?

TD, I bet March is a bad month for SCOP and SEBL. Don't you think some set of prospects will hold off their decisions this month until the situation plays out a little? Even if the customers eventually go to SEBL/SCOP, won't they use this as a short term negotiating lever? and since much of their business is end-of-quarter loaded, this whole thing may really ding their numbers.
