With respect to scop, their software license fees weren't exactly setting the world on fire. Without professional services last quarter it would have been bad news. I think the lack of sales & marketing focus was really starting to show up in their numbers. So picuture this...give the same stuff to sebl to sell and they can't possibly do any worse. Even if they do run into objections. I don't expect a great quarter from scop though since I'm not so sure they will be as adept at handling these issues unless they get some help from sebl. I can't speak for sebl/scop and how this is working but I know that when I went through this, the two companies were working together before the contract was inked. I even had to take the CEO of the other company out to help close a deal. Hopefully it's the same here.
