Bill, to post specifics inteligently, I'll have to go back and read my business law texts again this week. I absolutely ate up law in school, got an excellent Law School Admission Test score, but did not follow thru due to personal reasons at the time. I've kept a keen interest in law since, sucessfully represented myself in court several times (activist related civil disobedience), but ended up not pursuing a career due the "ethics" I see manifested in much of the profession. Thanks again for your research. I don't want to post specifics without further review, but what you have shared has me very concerned. Scott
