You read my mind. I called Catherine Woods, mgr. Investor relations, this morning. She explained the reason for the executive selling his share options governed by FCC regulation. He could "not sell prior to
the earnings report" because of insider trading restrictions. She says he turned around the proceeds and put them back into common stock. The stock price is up again today.
