Do I understand one difference between G* and I* to be that the simple act of getting into a car or going into a building while using the G* phone can actually cause the G* satellite to increase its beam power (while the I* is full power all the time)?

Thanks Valueman for your informative and quick reply.I know they only have like 4 or so satellites up there and 4 more to go up in April and some 2 dozen in June, but my questions is when do you think we can start seeing some serious earnings out of Loral. From very little that I know about the company, I think it could be end of 1999 and beginning 2000, would this be a fair assumption on my part or am I way off base here? Thanks again.
