Last Year this Q....Checkfree took a non-cash charge on the purchase of ISC to the tune of $140 Million..as inprocess R&D. This Year this Q....Checkfree is taking a non-cash charge on the Integrion Deal....the Value of the Warrants over the exercise time period I'm sure(because in theory Integrion is getting a price break on the shares...aka a deal?) But at the Current trend....down....they'll be posting a profit.
