Anyone else noticing the recent rise of this stock. More than a double from 50 cents on double normal volume. The Surf City juice bar purchase must be catching on with investors. A recent flyer from the company announced that the SGI unit was producing a nutritionaly enhanced sports water, the first of its kind. AVBC investors take note .Watch this one in the near future for further gains.

I just started looking at ROTI on a friends recommendation. From reading the news announcement I would say that they aren't buying a string of juice bars as much as being bought. "Harvest said its stockholders will retain all of their current shares equaling about 25 percent of much larger international combined company." If Surf City founder Kevin Blackwell will become the CEO I think control just changed hands. The only thing strange is that there is no mention of any agreement in Edgar. If there is no money involved maybe ROTI is just getting absorbed for it's debts. Also the current shares are going to be 25% of what company, it appears that Surf City is privately owned? What am I missing?
Happy investing, Ernie
