I was not looking at recovery because there is a chance that liabilities could exceed assets. I am more interested in shareholder rights, procedural calls for meeting, election of new officers, access to books, to know exactly what the condition of the company is and if the stock trades and a squeeze does not occur what could possibly be done if the group was committed to continue to stick together which in my opinion is their best asset.

Thanks for any comments.

Have you folks ever considered the fact (I'm sure you have) that Riley and his gang engineer these pump and dump games all over the internet? I think they're either accomplished con men, in alliance with the RMIL sharpsters...or they're impossibly naive investors, taken in just like the rest of you...Considering that Riley is currently posting his same old "naked short" message on LTGL board, among others, when this attempt failed so miserably....I am seriously wondering where this guy is coming from....

Mr. Dendro, since you are in the legal profession, I am curious of your opinion of the lawsuit between Mork, RMIL, Riley, and Pugs.

Since somebody has to lose, I am wondering what might be the punishment for each if they lose (I.E fines and/or jail time). I am also curious if the shareholders or the company would be able to sue the loser to recoup any losses incurred by their actions.
