What it all means...boils down to this.

IT'S A DONE DEAL FOLKS!

The only thing left to do is get those 50 Integrion Banks on The Genesis System this Summer...and start smoking some transactions.

No more speculation about Integrion walking out of the deal at the last minute and trashing our share values.
