Greg, in light of the 15.5% increase in shares outstanding 96 to 97, find out: What the shares went towards (yes we know some were warrent conversions, some options, but what else, and specific quantities) If additional shares were released in 98 to date, if so, how many & what for Any plans to increase shares outstanding the remainder, if so, how many & what for If they don't start holding the line on shares outstanding increases, it will eat up EPS growth. This is the only major issue you did not include, at least fromy perspective. Scott
