re PAIR, this is a difficult to determine chart. on the one hand, seems that it might overcome $21 one of these days to head higher. But on this hand, yesterday's bearish engulfing candle indicates we might test 15-16 again. At 18 it's right in the middle of that range. I have to call it a toss up, since it could break 16 to downside just as easily as it could break above 21. Or it could just bounce within the trading range for a while longer. I choose not to choose a direction. -kh
