Mark: A part of that linkage is real. The TELCO's are in a hold mode
because of a: Consolidation and b:Awaiting the court decision whether IP's can be charged for voice transmission on a data line. I dont see them opening up their budgets till both these items are behind them.

That said, the probability of ADCT seeing an up-tick in Sales for the next Q may be low.
