TM / Insider Trading Beau insider's had been net sellers until just recently. A good thing. Pan East, Petromet and Canadian Conquest insiders have been buying steadily. Berkley Pete insiders have been net sellers over the last six months. Insider selling should carry far less weight than buying. If you see selling while the stock is in a down trend and reaching new lows this could be trouble. Other wise there are many legit reasons to sell. Buying is usually done when the stock is undervalued or will be undervalued. Other than that, new Directors will buy some shares to qualify. Take Care, Al
