B.G.- They were mistakenly represented as purchased by the CEO. Instead, they were options to buy at 30 something when he was hired. Difference is that he hasn't put his own capital at risk but it was an inducement for him to come to CS.

I made that comment. I found the statement in a news article or on a web site . I did not keep a copy . I used it in a report for a small investment club (I am a member). It may well be wrong, and I will try to avoid such repetition in the future unless the source is clear. ALLEN
