Terence,
For a different perspective if you care. Have a read of a book called "Why bad things happen to good people" Interesting read and raises an eyebrow. i haven't finished reading it yet so don't ask me a bunch of questions, my friend.

Well, Father Terrence, speaking of cures, one of my concerns about homosexuals in this country is that because some of the negative feelings about them, they are not always getting the same quality of medical care that we do (there is another subject hidden in here, but I digress)!

In today's San Francisco Chronicle is a very interesting article about how even doctors discriminate against other doctors who treat homosexuals. And because homosexuals have some different health issues than heterosexuals, potentially fatal illnesses may be missed unless all doctors are educated about different preventions and treatments.

Anyway, the leading gay doctors' group has been banned from having a table at the big obstetrics and gynecology convention in New Orleans, and it means some lesbians may die needlessly of cervical cancer, because many mainstream doctors do not know they need Pap smears. This seems almost incredible to me!!!
