Kerm / Gas Prices

Ref Message 3672331

I tend to agree with your remarks concerning the share prices for O&G stocks for the next while and unless something unforeseen happens, there is probably very little upside until next fall. By then we may have "La Nina". This, I'm told is the effect of the contracting of "El Nino" creating an over reaction and causing colder than normal weather in North America.

The future of gas prices has caused some debate. With all the pipe line activity it is argued that a glut of natural gas to the US will put downward pressure on the price.

Other questions arise.
Will the American demand grow to maintain or increase the prices?
Can these pipelines be filled? Does the Alliance Pipe have a sufficient gathering system?
Do you have any thoughts?

Your comments and insights are always appreciated.

Take care,
Al
