Tim, and others.......thanks for checking in.....I should know by the end of this week, next week at the latest, what weekend we will have. Part of the problem is that prices go UP when the baseball team is in town, even at the outlying hotel/motels, so I'm waiting to hear about availability at a place I like that would be reasonable AND would not require one to rent a car. It will be either July 17-19 or 24-26, with just about everyone able to come either date, but some have specific preferences. I will check with a few key people as soon as I know availability by phone to see that everyone is OK. BW Chan
