The double negative was proper: Never unable = always able. So, the sentence meant exactly what it was supposed to mean. In this case, the double negative was not inappropriate. And in general, they are not unheard of. :-)

Also, what are you doing complaining about my grammar when you should be out buying EIDSY? Get going! (By the way, I bought some THQI on this dip, so I am not against it; I just think EIDSY is a great stock, too.)
