PCTV to be delisted Wednesday March 11, 2:05 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release SOURCE: People's Choice TV Corp. Nasdaq Stock Market Informs People's Choice TV Corp. of Intent to Delist Common Stock SHELTON, Conn, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- People's Choice TV Corp. (Nasdaq SmallCap: PCTV - news) announced today that the staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (''Nasdaq'') has informed PCTV that Nasdaq has determined that PCTV is not in compliance with a market capitalization maintenance standard with respect to the listing of PCTV's Common Stock on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. Nasdaq further advised PCTV that its Common Stock is scheduled for delisting from the SmallCap Market on March 16, 1998. Nasdaq procedures permit PCTV to request a temporary exception to the market capitalization maintenance standard by sending a hearing request to Nasdaq and that such request will stay the delisting. PCTV has submitted such a hearing request to Nasdaq. PCTV is unable to predict whether any appeal will be successful. If PCTV's appeal is unsuccessful, PCTV's Common Stock will be removed from listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market and it would likely be more difficult to buy or sell the Common Stock or to obtain timely and accurate quotations with respect to offers to buy or sell the Common Stock. In addition, such a delisting could result in a decline in the trading market for the Common Stock, which could depress the price for the Common Stock, among other consequences.
