There have been no releases of ITKG Rule 144 stock. Bloomberg is wrong. As of this date (3/11/98), the company has not approved the release of any Rule 144 stock. The original founders of the company have held their shares for the required 2 year period. If the proper paperwork and notices are completed, a holder of 144 shares may sell shares in a 90 day period in number up to 1 percent of the outstanding shares of the company. The company has received non-conforming paperwork requesting release of 140,000 Rule 144 shares, but the paperwork has been rejected. The company has not approved any releases of 144 stock. I have personally verified these facts with corporate counsel. We are in contact with Bloomberg to ascertain the nature of the reporting error. Best regards, Mark Williams, CEO williams@itechfin.com
