Doug, Things are progressing very well with Fairmile. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I was in Toronto at the PDAC (Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada) Convention. I was also conducting some Fairmile presentations to some Toronto brokers. Fairmile is working at closing the proposed financing announced February 2/98. Discussions with major mining companies interested in our Buffalo Valley project are also continuing. Details will be released when an agreement is reached and will be issued in a press release. Fairmile's investor awareness program is ongoing. Regards, Steve Stakiw
