Rich, I just got off the phone with one of the sell side analysts that follows the stock. He spoke to the CFO about 1 PM EST who reiterated no new news and that they hope to get a statement out "in about two weeks". His tone of voice was "optimistic" and "upbeat", which means he must not own much stock. Hope Pino feels the pain. Looks like they are going to go to the wire as far as the deadline being the 30th of March. They will apparently hold a conference call and give everyone advance notice. This is one of the strangest situations I have ever seen. Looks like the suspense will drag out a little longer. CFO also said crazy rumors flying everywhere.
