Ted, I commend you for your insight but I disagree with some of your short term analysis. Some, not all, of us on this thread are in at or below current levels. IMO, there is some short upside of $1 or $2 a share. Personally, I am not counting on any more then this. I feel rather strongly about this short term upside and will wait it out for a while. Yeah, I could take the money and put it elsewhere (such as buying NINE @1.50 , thanks Frank) and I will if I see the right opportunity. But, back to your comments. I believe you hit a home run on your management comments and even maybe you where somewhat kind. I know the Hackman first hand and I can tell you he is a fool with no operational skills. I do believe him to be a good strategist in terms of long range planning but as for day to day......forgeaboutit. He will become so tied up in minor issues that most of the people around him get the proverbial "paralysis of analysis". This guy is not a people manager and although he asks for consensus, he doesn't listen and makes his own decisions anyway after wasting everyone's time. He is not the guy to take this company to the next level, no way, no how! In fact I believe there may be "other" underlying reasons for this management change. Again, this is my opinion, I do not have anything to base it on other than circumstances, but I believe there is some type of connection either between Hackworth and Teo or the B of D and Teo. Something is going on behind the scenes whether it is a merger, buyout, sale or whatever but there is a connection there. There has to be. Are you people listing over there in CRUS land?? How about you guys on the Board???? I know you are not that stupid. I hope not. You brought in Kelly and he did his job. Now you are giving the reins back to blubber butt! Are you that stupid?? Calvin Scott PS Next time I will really tell you what I think.
