By what rational are you using when say this? The fundamentals look pretty good to me.

Could this be the day when CPQ ends its 12 day losing streak?

With Gates & other co's testifying to over 375,000 tech openings that can't be filled, I'd want to have a large pool of this increasingly rare-and-costly-personnel-for-hire on my balance sheet <g>. They're also concerned of the shortage of hi-tech graduates to the extent they are starting to recruit college students a year before graduation. With all box makers facing the same margin pressures, I'd rather hold the first box maker to diversify into services. Of course, I'd like to buy them at the bottom but....
