I guess I don't think of it as MSFT being weak so much as just normal daily trading price movement. There does not appear to be any news or anything driving the stock today.

I read this in a Reuter's news release 9PM this evening:

"Substantial put activity in Microsoft Corp (MSFT - news) could have been rollover of a profitable short put position initiated as part of a corporate buyback program, Schwartz said."

May have something to do with it? (you asked why was MSFT weak today?)
especially when the BID was at 82 before market open, I might add!
