Definition, Ltd. Announces Litigation LAKE PARK, Fla., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Definition, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL) announced today that suit was filed by John Anderson and Donna Anderson against Media Concepts, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDCE). The suit was filed on February 27, 1998 in Riverside Superior Court, 3547 10th St., Riverside, CA, 92501. It has been assigned Case #309027. Donna Anderson states that she was, and as far as we can ascertain, still legally the President, CEO, and a Director of Media Concepts, Inc. John Anderson states that be was employed as a consultant by Media Concepts, Inc. The suit was filed against Robert Torres, an individual; Sherrie Torres, an individual; David Garcia, an individual; Media Concepts, Inc., a Nevada corporation; Holladay Stock Transfer, Inc., an unknown business entity; and DOES 1 through 50 inclusive. Donna Anderson is currently President of Blue Sage Entertainment, Inc. a Subsidiary of Definition, Ltd., and John Anderson is a consultant for Blue Sage Entertainment, Inc.
