A V :

------>WOW--I had 8 screens up at one time without a glitch on the system just now without a fault error.
Anyone have a few acid tests to run that cause your Win95 systems to have a heart failure??

I normally run 6 - 8 screens all the time and the best preventive measure I've found is to delete the Temp Internet files and delete History every hour or so, depending on how many of my screens are running streaming quotes.
For example, right now I have a screen running SPX and one running SP8H, and one running mIRC --all of which are streaming, and five others, which are static, or snapshot.
It will crash, if I don't delete frequently, probably because the system becomes---- "dangerously close to running out of resources"---- as one of my error messages reads.......gggg

Andrew,

What's your read on IOM at its current level. I bought @ 9+, saw it run to 11, now back to 8+......still holding. Not much usable info on the IOM thread, just bunch of pro and con people mostly screaming at one another.

Thanks,

Knip

<Gates Deserves to be ________>

All I can say is, if all you PC users would buy a Mac instead, we wouldn't have this friggin Gates strangle-hold-by-shitty-applications problem, now WOULD WE?

Next time you get a virus, remember that Macs almost NEVER get them.

Remember that Windows is always about 6 years behind the Mac O/S that they try in vain to duplicate.

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then MS has flattered the Mac O/S ad nausium.

Piece.
