OFF TOPIC Bernie, If you wish, bring this over to the NMTX thread and comment. Somewhere I have seen the insiders trading mentionned but cant recall. Like I said if you dont mind, drop in and feed me/us the info. You sound both knowledgable and very aware of some wrong doings. Where did you find this info? Was it possible just the SEC posting of some potentially exersizable options OR maybe some A Warrants which had to be exercized before the 12/8/97 deadline. The Bs seem to be safe till 12/8/99, but will be callable soon if management deems it necessary. With debt free financials and double digit revenue growth anticipated I feel these are safe for awhile. They were spun off the NMTX Units which were issue in July 93.
