Sigmund, good thinking.

Even THQI successfully extends the WCW license, there is no way THQI will have 39% revenue from WCW series in FY98. Last year, WCW is the only wrestling title available for N64 and it is also the only N64 title THQI has. I am surprised by the extent of reaction by the street. Too bad, I don't have much room left in my margin account else I will buy all I can at $24 to $26!

BTW, where is Todd when we need him? I want to make sure that there is no other bad sign other than the WCW deal.

It's important to remember that THQI could have kept the WCW license if they wanted to -- they just had to cough up the $$$. This was a conscious decision by the company and must be presumed to have been made in its best interests. ECW sounds cool...
