No, you're more of a bombastic big mouth who hasn't even got the sense to know that freedom is NOT earned. It's God given. Even though it isn't spelled out in the Constitution, you have always had the right to make as big a jack ass out yourself as you please. On that note please continue with your lesson on civil liberties!
